Mike began the office in 2001 after having worked as a Registered Representative since 1990 in Worthington, Door County and Mason City.
A Worthington kid and graduate of Minnesota State University, Mike established the office as a way to have long-term relationships with his clients, while ensuring independence.
“The many multiple-generation client relationships are a source of great pride and our team works hard to earn and maintain client confidence,” Mike said. “I approach investing with the understanding that the world is always changing. Consequently, a good portfolio needs to be both opportunistically designed and adjusted over time.”
Outside of the office, Mike has supported the community through many past and current roles, including leadership roles with the YMCA, Chamber of Commerce and Historic Dayton House. “As a two-term City Council member, I gained valuable perspective in addition to serving the community.”
Family, community, history, restoration and biking are some of Mike's interests. If road conditions allow, you may see him biking to his 1899 home he shares with his wife Darci. Mike's son, Jake, is in graduate school in Seattle and his daughter, Maddi, attends the University of Nebraska.
